How celebrities lose weight?
Many celebrities are portrayed as being in perfect physical shape. They lose weight very quickly after having a baby. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to sustain a perfect shape. It is usually achieved through diet and exercise.
  • Diet

Many celebrities eat the right foods because they are prepared by personal chefs. It makes it easier from them not to snack on unhealthy food. A number of celebrities are also spokesman for diets, such as Queen Latifah. There are many diets like detox diets, vegan diet, and low-carb diets.
  • Personal Trainer

Many celebrities also have personal trainer to keep them in shape. Celebrities would usually work out 1-2 hours a day doing weight lifting, cardio and abs.
Activities you can try:
  • Yoga-methods or disciplines prescribed, especially aseries of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind
  • Pilates-a system of conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches
  • Cycling-the act or sport of riding or traveling by bicycle,motorcycle, etc.
  • Zumba-a fitness program consisting of short dance and aerobic exercise routines
  • Cleanse

Cleanse is to get rid of something (toxins, MSG) in the body. An example of a cleanse is called The Master Cleanse.This diet is a liquid on diet and consists of consuming a mixture of lemons, water, cayenne pepper and honey.

I recently started reading this book by Jason Vale called “The Juice Master 7 pounds in 7 days”. Jason Vale is a successful health and lifestyle coach and TV presenter. Celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore all have been reported in finishing this programme. The main principle of this programme is to follow a 7-day programme of freshly extracted raw vegetables and fruits a day. 7 days may not sound a lot right now, but not having solid foods like McDonalds, Subway, noodles, rice, and meat etc. is something we are not use to. An average person usually eats three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in-between meals perhaps?). This book talks about the benefits of cleansing and losing weight fast. Vale claims that you can lose up to 7lbs in one week by working out approximately one hour a day and simply drinking the freshly extracted juice.

A typical day will revolve around the following schedule and varies for every day of the programme:
Day 1
7am: Hot water with lemon, lime or mint
8am: Juice Masters Super Juice
11am: Juice Masters Super Juice
2pm: Juice Masters Super Chute Juice
5pm: Juice Masters Turbo Express
8pm: Juice Masters Lemon/Ginger Zinger

9pm: Fennel or mint tea or Juice Masters Hot ‘n’ Spicy
I have not tried this cleanse yet, but will do it very soon (after I finish reading the whole book). I am not just doing this proggrame so that I can drop 7lbs to fit into a dress; I believe it is a good way to get rid of your toxins and to clean out your inner system.
